In October 2022 we comemorate 10 years of this major event for the region.
In October 2012 Volcano Origin Coffees organized and sponsored the first participation of the coffee production chain from the Volcanic Region of Poços de Caldas at the biggest event on Specialty Coffees in Latin America - Espaço Café Brasil.
Beside the presence with a booth, the regional trading company has helped local growers to promote their coffees in a cupping room. At the occasion, Volcano conducted what was to become the most valued coffee transaction in the history of the event since then.
Aftereffect
After this feat, the newly created association of producers in the region was strengthened and continued to count on Volcano's support and sponsorship in other editions of the event.
Today, the Associação dos Produtores de Café da Região Vulcânica has 400 associated producers, many of whom are Volcano partners in offering high quality coffees around the world.
