About the Estate
The farmer Natal Alves Figueiredo started his coffee production in 1996, when he found a marvelous mountainous piece of land in the Micro Region of Poços de Caldas, which he called Sítio Porta do Céu - "Heaven's gate estate". At the time there was no coffee tree in these lands and Natal had to develop the coffee plantation by himself, a childhood dream since his grandfather was already a famous coffee grower in the region.
