Hello. My name is André Sanches Neto and I'm proud that you have chosen our coffees. I represent the 3rd generation of André Sanches Estate and I am founder and business director at Volcano Origin Coffees.
The importer 3Brothers Australia acted as our business partner for 2.5 years promoting and offering our coffees and relationship to coffee lovers in Australia. However this company betrayed the aforementioned partnership, at the time that, suddenly in June 2015, they began to ignore our attempts to contact them without explanation and stopped doing business with us as well as locked us on social medias.
Unfortunatelly that happened and there is no ethical basis for that conduct.
Excuse us the inconvenience of this report. We just would like to clarify that 3Brothers Australia has no more connection with us and do not represent us anymore, because of the reasons mentioned above.
If you wish to contact us, it will be a pleasure to talk about coffee with you. My email is: sanches@volcanorigin.com.br.
We currently export our coffees to business partners in USA, South Korea, South America, UAE and China, but we lost our conections with Australia.
Now, please learn more about this coffee that you acquired and enjoy it!
Sincerely,
André Sanches Neto

About the Estate

Fazenda Santa Izabel was founded in 1970 when the patriarch of Dal Ava family - Mr. Pedro Dal Ava - bought these lands without any coffee trees until then and started the production of some of the finest green coffees around the Volcanic Microregion of Poços de Caldas. Today the farm is conducted by his son Luiz Paulo Dal Ava together with the grandson Francislei Dal Ava. In 2013 the Poços de Caldas Coffee Quality Contest crowned Fazenda Santa Izabel with the 2nd and 3rd places.
"When my father arrived here there was no culture in these lands. And now we have been recognized by contests and international buyers. We feel very moved and I am sure my father would be very proud of it", said Luiz Paulo.
